CGS collects and holds certain personal data for the purpose of fulfilling its project work.
CGS will record and process personal data about its clients, trustees, members, supporters, employees, volunteers, contractors, staff of research and other (natural) persons who have logged an interest in CGS or its activities with CGS from time to time.
CGS’s lawful basis for processing data will vary according to the data subject, but for example in the case of a client, it will be to administer their contracts of project work; for staff and contractors, research & conservation partners it will be to administer their contracts with CGS.
